By accessing or using the Asisten Pintar web application (“Application”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
Asisten Pintar provides tools and features that integrate with Google services (such as Google Calendar and Google Sheets) through Google’s official OAuth 2.0 authorization process. Features are provided on an “as-is” basis.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Application. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We access your Google account only with your explicit consent via OAuth 2.0. Your data is used solely for the purposes you request and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Application and its content (excluding Google services) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation, continuous availability, or suitability for your particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms or for any operational/security reason.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
